When you submit a Request for Quote, we collect the information you provide including your name, email address, company name, and compound requirements. This information is used to process your request and connect you with appropriate manufacturers.

Usage Data

We collect anonymous usage analytics through Google Analytics and Microsoft Application Insights to understand how the Service is used and to improve it. This may include pages visited, browser type, and general location (country/region level).

  • To communicate with you regarding quotes and orders

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted infrastructure provided by Supabase (database) and Microsoft Azure (application hosting). We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS) and restricted access controls.

4. Email Communications

We send transactional emails related to your RFQ submissions and quote responses via Microsoft Graph API from info@peptide.broker. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.

5. Cookies & Tracking

peptide.broker uses essential cookies for session management. We also use Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Application Insights for anonymous usage analytics. You can disable analytics cookies through your browser settings.

6. Third-Party Services
