By accessing and using peptide.broker (“the Service”), operated as part of the Peptide Hive Network, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a Request for Quote (RFQ) or using any features of peptide.broker, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you accept these terms in full. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Purpose of the Service

peptide.broker is a sourcing concierge that connects buyers with verified GMP peptide manufacturers. We act as an intermediary — we do not manufacture, store, or ship peptides. All transactions are between the buyer and the manufacturer. See our Disclaimer for full details.

3. Request for Quote (RFQ) Process

Submitting an RFQ does not create any obligation to purchase. Quotes provided are estimates and may be subject to change based on manufacturer availability, minimum order quantities, and other factors. Final pricing and terms are between you and the manufacturer.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit fraudulent or misleading RFQs
  • Misrepresent your identity or business credentials
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
  • Use sourced compounds in violation of applicable regulations

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding on peptide.broker are the property of the Peptide Hive Network. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall peptide.broker, the Peptide Hive Network, or their operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages arising from transactions with manufacturers connected through the Service.

7. Buyer Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your purchase and use of any compounds complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. peptide.broker does not guarantee the legality of any compound in your jurisdiction.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to decline any RFQ or terminate access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these terms or is harmful to the Service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
